New Branding

So for a while I have been messing around with my branding. But I wanted one consistent thing that i could use over and over. I was thinking what would work, and decided that since I named my studio after this boy he should feature... Divine Justice is now the face of Divine Justice.  I love this photo as it shows off the bridle and XC outfit i made, so therefore I thought it worked well.

Therefore this was born..

I have made it into business cards, posters and custom order cards, plus much more. I am super happy with the results so I can now say, Divine Justice Studios has a face :)

Copperfox Tour Shropshire Part 2

The live show went even better than I could have even imagined! As it was an OF Plastic and CM by owner only show,  I took horses that are not normally in my show string. So I was not really expecting much.

The first class up was and that was English Performance, I had my Copperfox Superman in this class doing Cross Country- DJS BlockBuster.

 DJS BlockBuster Took 1st Place in the class, I was so delighted! I could not believe it as it was a big class and I had mad everything my self!

Next It was Western Performance, I chose to enter Barrel Racing with DJS Avalanche into this class. I was not expecting much as I had painted him myself and had yet to actually finish him.

However he did me proud and came 2nd, so I was one happy girl.

Other Performance was up next, and I entered my Skijoring set up which always seems to do well! (DJS Black Magic) was  It won this class. I also entered it in the Tack by owner class which it came 2nd in which i was pleased with. I need to re make the bridle as it is quite old, but thats something to add to my very long to-do list.

I had my mounted police in the scene class, where it got highly commended. 

It was then the performance championship, in which DJS Black Magic and DJS BlockBuster were qualified for. DJS BlockBuster won Performance Champion, I was amazed ! He then went on into the supreme at the end of the show, which I was excited for!

I had OF breyers in the next 15 classes,  I was really pleased with how they all did and here are some pictures from those classes...

I also entered my Uni-Gon set up in fancy Dress and it won that class I was very happy!

Then the Supreme Championship came about, and I was so nervous and was not expecting to get a placing in it, as I was already so happy with how DJS BlockBuster had done

However, when Becky was placing out the Supreme, and Reserve Supreme champion prizes, Glossy Marble for Supreme and Glossy Cadno for Reserve, she placed MARBLE by DJS BlockBuster! MEANING I HAD WON SUPREME CHAMPION!

I was so happy and shocked, I could not believe it! Thank You so much Copperfox,  Becky, and everyone who was there for making it an AMAZING day! I wish i could have gone to more tour stops, but this was truly a great day!

Mum and I had a great time talking to people, particularly Zoe and Gale in our little corner of the room, but meeting all these new people who have the same passion as i do was so much fun.

Cant wait for the next show and seeing everyone again!

So yes, my 4th Copperfox I got that day was GLOSSY MARBLE, so proud to add her to my collection, can't wait to add more copper foxes!

Copperfox Tour Shropshire Part 1

My second show of the year was on June 12th, straight after my last exam at Uni on 10th, my family picked me up on the 11th and we packed all of my things and travelled to Shropshire. The weather was, in true British form, raining! We packed in the rain and unpacked in it.

Staying close by for the night, the next morning we drove to the hall. I was so excited to show at this one. The weather was still raining when we got to the hall.

 It was not a BMECs qualifier, however, that did not matter because I was going to see some friends, as well as getting to see the Copperfoxes in person. Which I totally fell in love with!

I had Pre Ordered Superman and I was showing him in Cross Country at the show. But I was unsure of who else I should get!

I wanted Bertie, as he was the tour stop model, so I had to get him really!

I then wanted one of the connies, I thought I would get Marble, however I fell in love with Cadno!

So I soon had 3 Copperfoxes to add to my collection which i was so happy about! However as the day progressed I needed up with another :)

Models For MacMillan

The first show I went to this year was Models For MacMillan. It took place in march so this show report is so overdue!
I had the most amazing day, it had been my first proper live show and I was so nervous, however, it could not have gone any better.

Performance was up first..

DJS Divine Justice was 1st in Cross country, and went on to win Performance Champion

DJS Picasso got 1st Place in Show Jumping, he went on and won Reserve Performance Champion

DJS Black Magic won 1st in Scene, and my Lunging got 3rd, she then won Reserve to Reserve performance Champion

DJS Venus won 1st Place in Showing Ridden/ In Hand

Out of the 8 performance entries i entered, 6 won BMECs Cards, 5 came First and the other 2 placed 3rd and 4th. That I feel was a very successful first open performance section, I was so very very proud. And then to win, Performance Champion, Reserve and Reserve to Reserve, I was so shocked!. That meant Picasso and Divine Justice were to go into the Supreme Championship at the end of the show.

Then after all the excitement of performance I had OF Plastic, Custom Plastic and OF/ Custom Artist resin to do. I entered a mix of the classes, I did not have many horses in these sections. But here are some of the pictures from them.

Supreme Championship

DJay and Picasso were all ready for the Supreme Championship, I was so nervous, however i did not need to be. 

Day won Supreme Champion! I was amazed as the competition was so tough, there were so many amazing artist resins and other horses there, and the championship was HUGE. I was so proud of my self as it was my first proper show!

Its Been Such a Long Time!

I am sorry it has been such a long time since i last blogged! Months and months, I have been so busy at University. However NOW I AM BACK. Be prepared for some big changes around here, as I have changed and revamped Divine Justice Studios a lot, and therefore the blog must be changed too.

I will be cleaning out the old posts and starting a fresh in a few areas.

Its been almost a year since I started this blog, and DJS. I can't believe how much has changed and how far I have come.

I was lucky enough to buy an UP Estella from Eberl, at the beginning of this year

When I first met my baby, it was Love at first sight

She got settled into her new home straight away

She went to Deb Brown to get some new clothes
